Evidence-based uses of educational technology in PK-12 schools. Emphasis on production of instructional materials using technologies, strengths and limitations of educational technology, articulation of personal philosophy of uses of technology in PK-12 and demonstrating evidences of technology in teaching and learning.
The purpose of this project is to investigate, evaluate, and apply a variety of digital resources (e.g., educational apps, cloud tools, multimedia assets, online platforms) that enhance teaching and learning in a middle school/high school environment. It will help you build a curated toolkit of digital tools, develop criteria for selecting and integrating them, and reflect on their pedagogical potential as well as accessibility considerations (including SPED inclusion, ELL learners, and differentiated instruction).
