Projects
Across this course, I completed projects that strengthened my leadership skills and vision for technology integration in education. I developed a Learning Manifesto, defined my leadership philosophy, analyzed a real-world technology case, and collaborated on a 1:1 device implementation plan. Together, these projects reflect my growing confidence, deeper understanding of digital learning, and commitment to leading meaningful and innovative technology practices.
I designed a Learning Manifesto that communicates my personal belief system and the guiding principles that shape my views on digital learning within my chosen professional field. This manifesto expresses my values, priorities, and vision for how technology can support meaningful and transformative learning experiences.

This project highlights my comprehensive vision for integrating technology in education, emphasizing the core values that guide my leadership approach. It outlines strategies I will use to foster innovation and support ongoing professional growth among educators. Additionally, the project details effective methods for evaluating and implementing new technologies, along with communication techniques that strengthen stakeholder collaboration and build commitment toward shared goals.

As part of a collaborative team, I developed and presented a comprehensive implementation plan for a 1:1 device program in a hypothetical school district. This plan reflects my leadership style and philosophy while addressing anticipated challenges, practical strategies, and the expected outcomes of launching and sustaining the initiative.

This project provides a reflective overview of my growth throughout the eight-week course. It summarizes my initial expectations, key successes, and areas for continued improvement. Each major assignment — including my Technology Learning Manifesto, Leadership Philosophy, and Technology Case Study Analysis — is briefly highlighted with links to demonstrate progress. I also reflect on my role in the collaborative discussion group and the insights gained from working with peers. The project concludes with a concise summary of my overall learning and future goals as a technology-focused educator.
