Leadership is about more than titles it’s about influence, flexibility, and continuous growth. I’ve learned that effective leaders embrace challenges as opportunities to learn, modeling resilience and positivity for others.
I identify most with Adaptive Leadership because it focuses on flexibility, collaboration, and problem-solving. This style allows me to lead with empathy while navigating constant change in education and technology. I want to be the kind of leader who helps others find solutions, encourages innovation, and promotes confidence when faced with uncertainty.
In my workplace, I apply these skills through technology integration. I use Google Workspace: Meet, Drive, Calendar, and Classroom
to streamline communication, support collaboration, and model digital responsibility. I also engage in ongoing professional development, using tools like the micro:bit to connect coding with real-world learning.
Being an adaptive leader with a growth mindset means staying open, reflective, and willing to evolve. By embracing change and empowering others to do the same, I can help build a culture of innovation and lifelong learning.
