Balancing leadership with a growth mindset means being open to learning and adapting. I’ve learned that effective leaders don’t aim for perfection, they focus on growth, reflection, and continuous improvement.

Receiving feedforward has taught me to focus on future actions rather than past mistakes. It shifts my mindset from “what went wrong” to “what can I do better next time.” This forward-thinking approach helps me stay positive and motivated to keep improving as a leader.
As an adaptive leader, I plan to use feedforward by inviting new ideas and collaboration through tools like Padlet
. Creating a space for open dialogue allows me and my team to grow together. Feedforward reminds me that true leadership is about learning, evolving, and helping others do the same.
