During Week 2 of ADL 5303, I learned that building an ePortfolio takes time and intentional

. It isn’t just a place to submit assignments it’s an evolving space that represents my growth as an educator and leader. I’m learning to be patient with the process and allow my ideas to develop as I continue adding new work.
We also focused on the importance of social connectedness in learning. Collaboration and support don’t happen automatically they require effort, communication, and a safe environment where everyone feels valued. The reading Why It’s Time to Forget the Pecking Order at Work reminded me that meaningful learning communities thrive when we lift each other up rather than compete.
Overall, this week helped me understand that my ePortfolio should be more than a product it should reflect my journey and the relationships that guide it.
